General conditions The listed prices include chauffeur, full insurance for passengers, gas, tolls in case of a predefined route.If the service requested lasts longer than the expected time, tolls and the parking fees will be payed by the persons transported. A wait of longer than 15 minutes will be billed the listed hourly rate. Luggage or all other property of the client remains the responsibility of the persons transported. Any damage caused to the interior of the vehicle will be charged to the client. Smoking is forbidden in the cars. All services must be paid in full at their completion. Bills are to be paid without delay. If the client is a member of our "Club Business Prestige", payment can be made 30 days after the date of the bill. Cancellation of a reservation must be made 48 hours before the scheduled beginning of the service. If less than 48 hours’notice is given, 30% of the transport fee will be charged. If less than 24 hours’notice is given, 50% of the transport fee will be charged. 100% will be charged for a cancellation 10 hours before the scheduled start. Any claims will have to be made within 8 days after the end of the service by registered mail. In case of litigation, the Trade Court in the Hauts de Seine shall have exclusive jurisdiction. |
