(Mutuelle des Transports Assurances) N° 75000 101 718 600 649 . General conditions The listed prices include chauffeur, full insurance for passengers, gas, tolls in case of a predefined route. A wait of longer than 15 minutes will be billed the listed hourly rate for all transportation except for airport transfers. For airport transfers a grace period of one hour is given. Once grace period has elapsed, waiting time is charged at the appropriate vehicle hourly rate. If a client cannot locate the driver, Quintess Limousines must be called to avoid being charged for a "No Show". If a client fails to show at the designated pick up location a "No Show" fee equal to the cost of the trip and waiting time will be charged to the client. Luggage or all other property of the client remains the responsibility of the persons transported. Any damage caused to the interior of the vehicle will be charged to the client. Smoking is forbidden in the cars. All services must be paid in full at their completion. Bills are to be paid without delay. Cancellation of a reservation must be made 48 hours before the scheduled beginning of the service. If less than 48 hours?notice is given, 30% of the transport fee will be charged. If less than 24 hours?notice is given, 50% of the transport fee will be charged. 100% will be charged for a cancellation 10 hours before the scheduled start. Any claims will have to be made within 8 days after the end of the service by registered mail. In case of litigation, the Trade Court in the Hauts de Seine shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
